Delivery and costs
Jundor Ltd will do its best to dispatch all goods within 24 hours of receiving your order, as long as payment via Google or Paypal has been made.
The status of your order will be advised to you via email the instant it changes.
Your package will be sent by 1st class Royal Mail but please allow up to 5 working days for deliveries in the UK.
Back Orders
We will advise you by email if we are unable to complete your order.
You can request us to ship those products that are available and then ship the remaining products later.
However there will be a separate postage charge for each shipment so this will increase the cost of delivery.
We do not process charges for goods that are not ready for dispatch.
Returns Policy
You may return goods to Jundor Ltd within 7 days of receipt if, for any reason, you are unhappy with them.
Jundor Ltd must be contacted by telephone within 7 days of receipt if you intend to return any goods.
You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods unless you received them in error, or there is something wrong with the goods.
We recommend you use a recorded delivery service.
Goods should be returned in their original packing and care should be taken to ensure they are not damaged in any way.
Prices
Jundor Ltd makes every effort to ensure that all prices and product information are as accurate as possible.
Prices and product availability may be changed without notice.
All goods include UK sales tax at 17.5%.

Payment
There will be no contractual obligation between you and Jundor Ltd for the supply by it to you of any product until such time as the goods are shipped and the credit card debited.
Any disputes or claims arising from such a contract will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

Payment is made via Google and credit card details are not stored online. Google use secure SSL encryption systems for all transactions so you can shop in confidence.
