Barbecue cocktails

Cocktails 1 measure = 4cl (1.5 Fl oz)

Cinderella (non-alcoholic)

1 measure of lemon juice

1 measure of pinapple juice

1 measure of orange juice

1 dash of grenadine

Soda to top up.

Shake all the juices well with the ice and pour into a high ball glass. Top up with soda, and add a dash of grenadine.

To top it off, cut a slice of lemon and orange and let them float on top of the drink, to finish off add two straws.

Zombie

1 measure of dark rum

1 measure of light rum

1 measure of apricot brandy

1 measure of lemon juice

1 measure of pineapple juice

1 measure of orange juice.

Place the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth, pour into a large goblet and top it off with crushed ice, to decorate add slices of lemon and lime.

Marbella Donkey

2 dashes of angostura bitters

2 measures of tequila

1 measure of lime juice

Top up with ginger beer.

Mix the bitters, Tequila and lime juice with ice. Pour the mixture into a highball glass, top it off with ginger beer, mix it. To garnish, add a sprig of mint.

Mojito

2 measures of Bacardi rum

12 fresh mint leaves

Juice of half a lime.

4 teaspoons of sugar.

Crush the mint leaves then add the lime juice, sugar and bacardi rum. Mix well until the sugar dissolves. Pour into a tall glass, top up with soda, and mix it together. To garnish it add a slice of lime.

Salty dog

2 measures of vodka

A pinch of salt

Grapefruit juice

Mix all the ingredients together.Pour into a tall glass with crushed ice and serve.
