Jundor’s BBQ spare ribs.
1 kilo of pork ribs
8-10 cloves of garlic
half a pint of soy sauce
quarter pint of water
Peel and chop the garlic finely, place all the ingredients into a large dish and cover.
Refrigerate over night.
Barbecue the ribs, turning frequently until cooked.
